    【个人简介】

    赵平,男,中国气象科学研究院气象学博士、中国气象局二级教授,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、入选人事部“百千万人才工程“国家级人选,“第三次青藏高原大气科学试验”首席科学家,1993年-1994年在德国慕尼黑大学从事访问研究工作,世界气象组织“冰冻圈观测(GCW)计划—冰冻圈及极地观测”专家组副组长,《气象科技》副主编,《气象学报》、《应用气象学报》常务编委。
