李扬,男,1990年生,博士,教授。2016年毕业于兰州大学大气科学学院,获气象学博士学位。2016年7月起就职于成都信息工程大学大气科学学院。2021年在中国留学基金委资助下于英国利兹大学地球与环境学院做访问博士后。现主要从事气候动力学、海气相互作用、极端天气气候研究。
