【个人简介】

车慧正，男，教授，生于1977年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。现任中国气象科学院大气成分研究所副所长，兼任国际SKYNET观测计划国际委员和中方协调人，中国气象学会大气成分委员会学术秘书，中国颗粒学会青年理事，《第三次气候变化国家评估报告》和《中国气候变化监测公报》编写专家，AGU、EGU会员，世界气象组织-全球大气观测计划项目评审专家，JGR，GRL，ACP等20几个国际SCI期刊评阅专家。
